Notice is hearby given that the Forty-Fourth Session of The General Synod of The Anglican Church of Canada will convene at St. Paul’s Cathedral, London, Ontario on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 7:30 p.m.

The list of nominees to become the next primate of the Anglican Church of Canada will be announced April 3, General Secretary Archdeacon Alan Perry said in a Feb. 14 statement laying out the timeline for the primatial election process.

A major item of business at General Synod 2025 will be the election on June 26 of a new Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada.

The 44th session of the General Synod, which is expected to bring together about 240 delegates from dioceses across Canada, will take place June 23-29, 2025, in London, Ontario.
